WoW First Aid - Great Recovering Ability
As one of the three secondary professions which you can choose from the in the World of Warcraft First Aid has been around for a while. In some ways this profession never gained much popularity since it doesn’t enhance either profit or fun in game compared to the other professions. However, all pro players, especially dps classes had a maximum skill in First Aid since they had use of it while in combat.
First Aid is usually a need for any class which doesn’t have healing abilities such as Rogues, Hunters, Mages, Warlocks, Warriors and Death Knights, even though the healing classes can also have a good use of it. First Aid plays a deciding factor during fights in Battlegrounds or in Arenas. Click here for more on First Aid Guide WoW
What is First Aid all about?
You First Aid profession gives you the ability to use bandages which restore your health or can be used to remove certain poison effects. This skill is to be used when you get damaged by an enemy player or npc. As mentioned before it can be used both in PVP and PVE.
How do I use bandages?
Once made bandages come in the stacks of 20. If you want to use one of these bandages you should click on another player and then click again on one of the bandages. Make sure that the person you have targeted is not moving too much because if the player moves out of the rather small bandage range the bandaging will be stopped. Once bandaged a player will receive a debuff cannot receive a bandage from someone else or bandage himself for 60 seconds. The debuff you can see is called “Recently Bandaged”. Once the debuff disappears you can bandage yourself again. For the best leveling guide click here: WoW Ultimate Guide Review
The needed materials
FA uses all sorts of cloth. During your time in the game you will come across different kinds of cloth. From any of these you will be able to make bandages. You should know that only Humanoids drop cloth but since you will come across many of them you will have no problem to level up your First Aid. If you are have already reached level 80 without training FA, two choices will be available to you - purchasing cloth on the AH or pure mob grinding. If you choose to grind, the perfect place for it are instances and, as said before, humanoid npcs.
How to begin?
You can begin with leveling First Aid with the help of a trainer. The first trainer you need to seek could be found in the starting zones for each race. There are no requirements on training the First Aid profession, just the starting fee which is 10 copper. First you will need linen cloth to make in order to make linen bandages and by making these you will be able to reach level 75. After that the next skill is 150, then 225 and so on. The other First Aid trainers that you will need to visit can be found across Azeroth, Northrend and Outland. If a certain trainer cannot teach you the desired skill, he will direct you any other appropriate trainer for that skill level.
Are there any First Aid quests that you can do?
Yes, there’s one First Aid quest. The quest Triage should be completed if you want to be an Apprentice in First Aid. To complete this quest you will have to help 15 patients with some bandages to before they die. The Alliance players can do this quest in Theramore and the Horde Players can complete it in Hammerfall. If you would like more on WoW Leveling, click here: WoW Leveling Guides
