As we grow old, our skin loses moisture and pliability making it subject to spots and wrinkles. 1. Sun Protection “ As everyone knows, the sun emits damaging UV rays which can damage your skin and cause assorted issues. So before stepping out in the sunshine, ensure you apply sun cream. This will stop the sun’s rays from penetrating your skin. But applying far too many creams and other chemicals will induce other problems. After you reach home from the office, wash your face with soap and plenty of water. This may remove dust and other oily impurities on the surface of the skin. 2. Healthy Diet “ The food stuffs we eat also plays a big part in the formation of wrinkles. Due to our hectic lifestyle, we tend to eat oily food at peculiar hours. This will lead on to the formation of wrinkles, pimples, and a variety of other skin infections. Always try to eat highly healthful food like fruit and veg. Drink plenty of water as dehydration plays an important role in the formation of wrinkles. Anti-oxidating compounds play a major role in protecting your body against oxidising compounds. Consume drinks and fruits rich in anti-oxidating agents like pomegranates, blue berries, acai, green tea, etc.

3. Meditation and Exercise “ We barely exercise due to our busy way of life. But exercising is critical for both males and females to maintain good health. Stress will lead directly to early ageing and to defuse stress we must meditate and exercise. Always give soft massages to your face and neck area. This may increase blood circulation and prevent the formation of wrinkles. Try and sleep on your back to avoid getting lines from pillows. If you don’t pay attention to these lines, they will later form wrinkles. The previously mentioned are some examples of the ways in which you can avoid wrinkles.
