Great way to predict great picture moments

Knowing how to be a good photorapher is really an art form.  It isn’t just about pointing a camera and clicking it to take a picture. It goes beyond that.It demands talent just like any field of importance. Some people are just naturally gifted as photographers. While there are a few that can be improved. The secret to this all is having an understanding of what is a great photo and what is not.  In this article I am going to share a couple of tips that will help you to know when a good shot presents itself.

As a San Diego wedding photographer taking great photos is my job.If I didn’t have that ability I wouldn’t have much work to do.  So knowing what makes a good photo is essential.  In weddings just like anything else being aware of what is happening around you is key. There will be a lot of stuff happening around you, but if you anticipate what will happen next you will be ready.  You know what signature moments are in weddings.Just make yourself ready to catch them on film.

Another tip I learned from being  a San Diego photographer is understanding human emotion. You can find yourself taking candid shots of people.Or you may find yourself taking some shots at a wedding. It makes no difference.  All that matters is you understand your subjects and the emotions they are going through. If you do you will be prepared to capture some great emotions on film.

And finally as a great photographer, you need to have great anticipation.  This is especially helpful for doing work like in my San Diego event photography business.  Because in big events a lot is going on.  By being able to anticipate the action photos you might miss you are able to catch.

So there you go on some great ways that you can know will be fantastic shots.  It is a lot of mental rather then technical but the shots you take will be great.  And more captivating then just technical shots.
