Amazing! How did they put so many calories, almost 200, in such a small bar? This bar is a perfect snack to take hiking or skiing. With all those calories, it is not exactly a lunch dessert bar.
The ingredients are all natural organic nuts and fruit. They come in Cherry Cashew, Wild Blueberry, Cranberry Orange, and a Variety Pack. The nuts are embedded in a fruit matrix. There is no added sugar, although the taste is sweet. So these are very much fruit bars, with nuts to give them texture. I was pleasantly surprised by the good taste of these energy bars.

I like several kinds of PURE bars. My favorite is Cherry Cashew and next is Apple, but I get Cranberry Orange to add variety to my mornings.
I’ve tried Chocolate Chip Trail bars and Brownies and didn’t like them as much as the above-mentioned three flavors.
I’m on autoship and with that, Amazon is the cheapest place to get these.

I have been transitioning to more of a raw food diet. The health and environmental benefits of a raw vegan diet are numerous. I have tried many of these nut/fruit bars. this is by far my favorite. And it is organic. It is fruity and nutty and crunchy and chewy. Great for a snack or breakfast on the go.

I love the taste of cranberry/orange muffins and cranberries in general, but it’s hard to find organic cranberries in any form. I really enjoyed the taste and dense chewy texture of this bar. I picked one up at my local health food store, but I’m purchasing a case for me and a case of apple/cinnamon for my husband through Amazon based on the other reviews of that flavor!

I took a risk and ordered the box without trying one first. Locally, I could only find the cherry, apple and brownie. This is now my favorite. Its so moist and flavorful. I keep a snack bag in the van. Better to eat one of these than hit a drive through. These are top quality and filling. Its a real treat.
