With the improvement of various types of fast food and edible products, absence of the nutrition is increasing little by little. The reason is that these food items are not able to complete the nutritional amount which is required by the body in a daily basis. Vitamins and minerals are believed as principal constituent that help in the enlargement of our body. Vitamins are basically categorised into two kinds depending on their solubility. They are:

Water soluble vitamins

- It represents the cooperative form of fat- soluble vitamins. It plays the most flexible functions required for vision, immune defences, body growth, cell development and reproduction. Retinol is considered as the most advantageous part of vitamin A.

Vitamin D- It is also acknowledged as the sunlight vitamin because the body produce this vitamin with the strike of UV rays of sun to our body. It is functional in absorption of calcium by the body. keeping up the appropriate level of vitamin D in a body will facilitate in reducing the likelihood of detrimental autoimmune diseases.

Vitamin E- Containing the defensive properties, vitamin E preserve the proper execution of the body’s intracellular membrane. It protects its physical stability by giving a protection line which prevents tissue damage caused by oxidation.

Vitamin K- Vitamin K helps in blood clotting and bone metabolism. Thus it brings down the chance of bleeding in liver disease, jaundice and long term use of asprin or such anti- biotic.
