Sports do not get much more popular than golf and therefore the number of golf websites is simply incredible. The problem for the keen golfer is that there is literally too much information.
When you go to Google or any other search engine and type in the information you are looking for you will receive a bewildering number of websites that might offer what you are looking for.
For example just as a random search I have just gone to Google and typed in “buy new seven iron” without the quotation marks. The site has given me 18,600,000 results.
This is of little help.I have a nasty case of information overload, particularly as a quick look through the first page of websites suggests a lot of narrow websites rather then a the general overview retailer that i was hoping for
As another example I have tried “golf course in Arizona”.This time we get 3,400,000 web pages returned.
It seemed to me that I should be able to reduce the overload of Google information and find a solution for myself.
One day I was struck by the solution (not a golf ball).
The answer was a golf toolbar of my own.Toolbars are the rows of buttons above your browser window.
In the toolbar I put in my favorite golfing websites so that whenever I wanted golf information it was there at the top of my screen every time I was online. It meany my preferred store, course directory and news site were just a click away. The result was to arrow the choice and remove the information overload.
I still use Google sometimes for golf searches but in general I know that the best websites are available right at the top of my screen everyday.
I decided that it would be great for others to use the toolbar and it’s here.Anyone can take a look and use it for free if they want.It downloads in seconds and is guaranteed to be completely safe.
At the moment it has a top golf store, training aid site, news section and a weather forecast, a vacation website and games and utilities like a personal organiser.
The Golf Information toolbar.
I have found it to be very useful and believe many people will agree with me.There is no charge though I should mention that if you should purchase through the retailer on the toolbar I do receive a commission.
I hope that you enjoy the golf toolbar.
