Alternative to a “butt lift” – what exercises are effective?

I’ve had gastric bypass surgery and have lost 100 pounds. I am having surgery in 2 weeks to lift/augment my breasts and for a tummy tuck. However, surgeon doesn’t recommend a “butt lift” for me. Says an implant would be like sitting on a rock, and that I could have lipo from another area and have it injected, but……….. I really don’t want to spend the extra $$ on that procedure. I have a very FLAT butt……… and ideas on simple exercises I can do at home or at the gym to kind of “plump out” my butt without making it look FAT?? Need to make it more round/uplifted.

    I don’t think it is possible to plump out your butt with exercise, but squats with or without weights will help tighten and strengthen the muscles in that area which can help with the appearance and shape of your butt

    You can build up your glutes (butt muscles) so that they round out a big by doing Squats, lunges, leg lifts – go down on all fours and lift your leg straight up and back. Back kicks work too.
