I have owned at least one of every jawbone made. The company has become a nightmare of poor design, bad or absent customer service, poor quality control,
Week 3 with Jawbone icon. No earloop with original package, no reply from support after 2nd inquiry, lack of volume control design sucks, now volume just drops off mid call to whisper, oh sorry cannot download updater dns error please contact us so we can forget to respond with another fix that will not work, and oh sorry we cannot respond because you wrote us from a different email address, oh sorry we need the serial number that takes an electron microscope to read. and oh sorry no industry standard a2dp, oh sorry we know the auto volume fails but you can fix it with the updater that will not install on your computer.

Arggh! Still not impressed. Why are manufactures holding out on this? 2 complaints.
1) Charger: Claims it uses USB. Misleading!! Yes, but the darn little tiny connector which is still not accepted. I still have to, yet gain, carry another charger and cables!!! You stink!
2) Lack of a mute button. Ya know, most of us lay the phone on a counter and carry meetings while walking to get food, bio breaks, and a drink now and then. We have to live between marathon meetings. Give us a dang mute on the headset! Tired of explaining the sound of a toilet flushing is my shredder.

I am not experiencing the level of wind noise filtering I was expecting but all-in-all it is very good.

I tried all possible ways to keep this stuff in my ear. The only mode of operation: put it on AND DON’T MOVE. Or use Crazy Glue

This has been the best bluetooth so far..esp. the a2dp..i have a blackberry perl…i was able to pair it easily. had some initial hickups with the audio streamin…played around a little bit…updated the software for bluetooth and my blackberry perl…then there were no issues…pairing was fine ..i am able to listen to music on my jawbone headset…
when a call comes in it takes few milli seconds before you can start a conversation..apart from that i’m happy…no complains so far…
