The device sounds great in your car, but the people you are calling can barely understand you. Don’t waste your money.

I just purchased this last weekend. I am a little confused. I would expect a car phone speakerphone to do 2 things. One answer calls without using your hands. Two, make calls verbally. For example, “call Home”. This speakerphone does NOT make calls. You can make a call, USING YOUR Cell phone and transfer it but it won’t do it on its own….so much for hands free.

I received the first one as a gift and it malfunctioned and would not pair automatically with my new Motorolla Cliq, and also would not charge properly. Then I got a new one from Amazon and that one seemed to function properly until I tried the FM transmitter. Pressed the FM button and OOPS nothing happened like it was supposed to. Everything else works on this one but the FM transmitter! I’m going to try the Motorolla T505 and see how that one works.

Having this product for a couple weeks now I can say that it is a lousy product and does not work as advertised. I have not been able to get the Jabra Cruiser to sync with my phone book. I have tried multiple phones, that I have synced with another product. I have seen professional reviews that say it will not sync with contacts. The product says it does, but I have not been able to make it work, or know of anyone making it work.
In addition it does not automatically connect back up to your phone if you have been disconnected for 10 minutes. You must first remember to take it out of sleep mode. My wife’s automatically connects each time she gets back in her car.
This was originally supposed to be for the wife, but with those two problems we ended up getting a BlueAnt product that works great.

This device was a ridiculous failure. The radio transmitter simply didn’t work. The first day I had it, I was able to get some audio out of my car’s audio system, but the next day, it would barely transmit the audio to the radio. The audio quality was weak, with too much static, no volume and lots of audio distortion. The little transmitter obviously didn’t have enough power to work. If you want to use the radio, don’t bother with this unit.
