I bought this product for a friend. Less than three days of using it, the ear hook fell off. Since the actual unit still works ok, I called EverWin company to see if I could order another ear hook. They said I would have to order an entire new unit as they do not sell the ear hook separately. You would think that an item that is barely a week old would have a warranty…but I guess not.

I strongly disagree with the other reviews for this headset. I bought this headset for use with online gaming on Playstation 3. Let me just say that this headset is a great deal for the money! I mean five bucks? I was expecting a cheap little piece of plastic that barely got the job done. I was wrong. The sound quality is good in the headphone piece and the mic is sensitive. Not only does it come with a USB charger, but it comes with a wall charger also which is a lot more convenient and a nice surprise seeing as Amazon didn’t even say it contained it. If your a PS3 gamer on a budget, get this headset! Every online player should have a headset.
