My Anti Age Skin Care
I had a woman ask me latterly how I was ready to look so young and vibrant. I took it as a compliment as I spend a good period of time researching and implementing the ideal anti-aging skin care regiment.
There are a number of different products on the market that claim to be in a position to skim years from our skin in only a matter of days. They promise incredible results with minimal effort. Sadly, these products and companies are typically confusing. Like any other worthwhile endeavor, anti aging skin care takes a bit of hard work and attention on your part to make succeed. I spent extra hours each week working at smoothing away developing wrinkles. Trust me, if it was possible to make them vanish overnight, I'd have.
Anti age Skin Care Ingredients
There are a few known products though that I do use because they've been proven to have anti aging effects. The most effective and best documented supplement I've used is retinoic acid. Everyone knows that Vitamin A has a profound effect on our skin health. As a derivative of that vitamin, retinoic acid is able to thicken skin and improve its texture, smoothing out wrinkles in the midst. I've found though that many of the products you can purchase directly over the counter at your local drug store don't contain enough of the retinoids needed to handle the effects of aging. I have seen some women who reply very well to these low concentration products. However for many of us, effective anti-aging skin creams are best found with our dermatologists.
Another product i have used for a while originally to bolster my Vitamin C skin care products is that of Alpha Lipoic Acid or ALA for short. It is a very effective anti-oxidant that works together with other vitamin additions to cut off free radical damage to your skin. I have been extremely pleased with the results of ALA, making it one of my fave anti age skin care products. There are plenty of products being released with ALA as it is a phenomenon. Read carefully to be certain the product you buy is high potency.
There are a number of other products saying to work as anti-aging skin care solutions. Though I haven't used all of these products, I have punctiliously followed the research being done and the feeling on their results. CoEnzyme Q ten, the highly hyped natural cell enzyme that many companies are synthesizing to be used in their anti age skin products has been proven to be quite successful recently in prompting your body to produce more collagen and elastin and in fighting free radicals. Vitamin C and Green Tea are other anti-oxidant sources that have proven lately to be awfully effective - Vitamin C treatment being one of my favourite and most punctiliously applied weekly products.I always counsel at least one solid anti-oxidant be included in you skin care regiment. Ideally, a mix of multiple different products will further protect you from the effect of aging by fighting off those unsightly tiny free radicals. Be sure to stay away from products that make gigantic claims and don't have the ingredients to back them up though.
